Thin crisp fried Pork cutlets topped with a salad of Arugula,
grape tomato, thin sliced red onion, soft mozzarella cheese
dressed in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. served
with rice and chefs vegetable.
Coco Loco Shrimp Tacos
Crispy panko encrusted coconut shrimp in crisp flour taco shells
with arugula, fruit salsa, thin slice jalapeno and a sweet chili
sauce served with rice and vegetable.
Honey Sriracha Salmon Salad
Fire grilled Salmon (7-8 oz) marinated in our honey Sriracha
glaze. Served on a bed of mixed field greens with grape
tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and a side of Honey Sriracha sauce.
